Some of my needlework...

I have for yrs been doing all sorts of needlework. I found a bag I hid away with completed ones. Some of these are from the 1970s even. I have tons of kits and hundreds of patterns for all sorts of things and always had to have my hands busy. Ive slowed down alot doing them cuz my eyes aren't as good but I really need to stop buying more too! lol. So here's the cross stitch that I have completed over the yrs. I tried to take good pics but some just wouldn't come out real clear. I enhanced them with my photo program and cropped them so hopefully you will be able to see it good enough.

I love mermaids as you all know which is one of the reasons I bought this and made it. But I also like the theme of the heavens, earth and sea. It says "And God created the heavens and the earth".

I love the old Victorian pierced paper work mottos. Buying those are really expensive and most are so old they are disintegrating. So I found this reproduction pattern to make for my house. It never got framed for this house. It will for my next tho.

I love pumpkins and so I stitched this one....have no idea what Ill do with it.

I just loved this pattern but it was smaller. So I found a large weave to cross stitch on and make it much larger. I had hoped to frame it to put over my grandmothers china hutch but now.....I don't know.

This is from an old kit. I loved it long ago......but after I finished it I really didn't like the colors much. I decided I would tea stain it to tone down the colors and make it look old. As you can see I never got around to it.

I made this one to frame and put in my crafts room..........I have neither right now tho......a frame or a crafts room roflmao.

I just fell madly in love with this . I didn't know what I wanted to do with it.....a pillow or a picture and so it sits waiting in the bag.

I love gardens and Prairie Schooler patterns so I did this one. Prairie Schooler has become quite collectible. Their seasons patterns go for alot now. I managed tho to snag them all hehehehe.

Again another Prairie Schooler pattern . I was going to frame this for my kitchen .....it never got there .

As a co-dependant this was our prayer too. I got it made but not framed and hung......yet.

I have more around here somewhere that maybe one day most likely after the move Ill show you. But I hope you enjoy these.......my hands are always busy.
